Sage Group has shown remarkable community spirit by allowing their employees to volunteer with the Northumbrian Hedgehog Rescue Trust.
This initiative not only supports the vital work of rescuing and rehabilitating hedgehogs but also fosters a sense of purpose and fulfillment among the volunteers. The volunteers have been proactively completing tasks our hedgehog volunteers do not get the time to which has enhanced and improved our rescue.

- So far we have had 3 of our sheds cleaned out and 2 treated for the winter weather
- The patio jet washed
- The outdoor garden has been cleaned and plants trimmed back ready for the outdoor hedgehogs in the spring
- Melrose House (the outdoor garden) has been treated inside and out and is now housing the outside hedgehogs over the winter
