🦔 Could you give a hedgehog a safe place to snooze this winter?
The hedgehogs we offer for fostering are healthy and ready for a peaceful winter indoors. Between autumn and spring they’ll settle into a cosy hutch or crate in your garage or shed, and most will hibernate for much of their stay. They will need bedding, food and water.
Fostering lasts around 5–6 months, and we’ll give you two training sessions so you feel fully supported.
Because hedgehogs are nocturnal and easily stressed by noise, fostering works best in calm, quiet homes.
When spring arrives, your hedgehog returns to us for release, and you’ll know you’ve played a part in protecting one of Britain’s most loved wild animals.
Please email Pam :- hogfosterers@gmail.com if you are interested in fostering a hedgehog.
